Damn, less than 2 weeks till 2009 will close its curtain for good. This good old blog finally marked its 4th year of existence. This blog is my zen, my diary, journal, place to brag or simply just to remind myself the progress of my life thus far.

I'm not going to do any revamping of this blog and its going to be as it is cos I do not see a point in doing so and neither am I any celeb blogger with huge advertorial's pay cheque, so be it. I kinda missed out to blog about my birthday celebration this year but never too late to be talking about it.

My birthday in all tradition always as usual, I am just happy to receive anything especially toys. This year, I'm still never too old to still be receiving toys and just check this picture of my toy presents.

I'm just never too old for toys eh, other than that relationship between wifey and myself has improved as we talked a lot about things that will and may cause issues and arguments and how we can avoid it. We are still learning to understand one another and like the old folks says, marriage is a lifetime learning process that doesn't take few days to understand... its really true.

As for work, still doing the same work and the only difference is now I'm leading the department with another partner and I'm still in the learning process to be a better leader. It takes a lot of courage, discipline and experience to run a department and I'm hoping for a better tomorrow and in this company I see my future in it.

Went back to Bidor last month as well to celebrate my sort of belated dinner, Gilbert and Leah was presence (my ex-colleague aka good friend). We had a blast though with just few of us and I've brought back some toys and you might wanna have a peek of my toy collection in Bidor as well.

Dear blog,

Life is definitely different now, the prospect and priorities of life has changed tremendously when one is married and all concentration goes to the partner. I am more than a happier man to be married with my wonderful wife for the rest of my life.

Marriage life is never easy as what movies sometimes tells you or what people will say, though the reality fact that is in a marriage life lies an unconditional responsibility with things you said or do to one another where a simple miscommunication would lead to a series of unfortunate arguments that eventually will lead to tears and sadness.

But nobody actually knows that this is the wonders of marriage, you fight, you argued, you yelled and cried and when that one moment of time you decided that its time to patch it up again. Then came along the happier moment for that particular time until the next coming episode of dramas again which makes us even cherish everything we have together as a married couple.

I have learned the way of life the hard way, along the way I realized that in this life nothing is more important than finding the right path and finding the main purpose of this life itself in which is... living every moment you have with your loved ones and be thankful everyday that we are still living and breathing the very next morning while waking up beside your loved ones. Nothing is more than that, I mean nothing.

I'm writting this from my hotel room at Crown Royale, Bataan of the Philippines. Anxious and slightly nervous for tomorrow. I have to be up at 6.00am in the morning for my photoshots.

Other than that, looking forward and hoping tomorrow won't be raining. Gotto go iron my tux first... chaoza.

Transformers: ROTF the premiere and the exhibition!

This year we hosted the premiere once again and this time around we allocate 254 seats at Cineleisure to terrorize the hall with all our TransMY kakis alongside Toy Workers's regulars. The atmosphere is always amazing especially when 254 maybe half of the people there are die hard fans. The moment when Paramount logo flying in with some digital robotic sound effect, the woohoo and the clapping started, 5 minutes into the show when The Fallen was revealed... everyone clapped like there is no tomorrow.

Minutes after minutes in the movie, everyone cheered and laughed and clapped again and again when all the awesome scenes were on going and not to forget the ever hot Megan Fox! I realize early reviews of ROTF weren't good but all I can screw you f*ck heads who know nothing but critics as to me, there were some slow moments in the movie but who the f*ck cares when they give us utterly clanking metal battle that gives you the never ending goosebumps and well, that's just Prime! I'm gonna get myself another few more dosage of ROTF either in IMAX, THX and whatnot X and my middle fingers goes out to the critics who does nothing but bitching.

On the other hand, I'm all geared up to run another exhibition and this time will take place in Penang (sorry Klang Valley folks, shit happens!). Queensbay Mall had show their enthusiastic support to this Transformers event and it could be even bigger than Robotcon 2007! Once again, we of TransMY will join forces to make this a happening event that one could just dream only.

Lots of activities and the main attraction will be the "Are you HOT enough? - The Mikaela Banes look-a-like contest" and if you're interested, the entry form can be downloaded from here and further information can be seen here or here. All that on this coming 26th June 2009 till 28th June 2009.

Hello readers if there is any left, seems like it has been months I've abandoned this good ol' blog of mine. I guess after all, life is really catching up with me and before you knew it time just flies away...

Quick update, finally we have moved our family home to a bigger and newer home. Still lots of things to furnish in the house so it will be messy for the time being. Work is getting loaded with more new accounts and its taking up its toll to all of us in the office mentally and physically.

Wifey being great, she's the reason I'm still doing what I'm doing at the moment and I'm still striving to be the best husband for her and I can't wait for our wedding reception in Philippines this coming August.

Revenge is coming, quoted from Transformers 2: Revenge of The Fallen and we (TransMYians) will crash into Queensbay Mall, Penang very soon! Can't wait for it and the toys is already flooding the market and the fact that Optimus Prime being sold out faster than cupacakes really bothers me. I still haven't got mine! DAMN YOU! whoever bought more than 1! Haha...

Till all are one, I gotto resume my work (at night shift now) yeah.. *sighs*.

I guess its true when people said you never know what you're missing until its gone. I mean I know that I will miss but I never know it will be so hard.

Sent her to the airport at 5am this morning, Rezall my housemate accompanied us as well to wave goodbye. Tho I know it's just temporary, but it felt so uneasy and weird. Went home then get prepared to work, noted she has done all my laundry and all my working attire is fully ironed and hanged, the toilet bowl is ever shining still. Our toothbrush cup is aligned along with our handsoap bottle, my hair gel and soap box. All looking so neat and tidy, that's my girlfriend a very very tidy person.

While on the way to work, I realized how quiet it is to drive alone although the radio is playing. Damn, I think I need to use my bike back cos sometimes driving in the jam pissing me off. Other than that, I will get myself busy back with some company events and badminton until she returns home.

Year end is never a good thing...

December has finally kicked in and it marks the final month of the year!

This month has the most repatriation and evacuation compared to the past 11 months! Average per day we did was 6 cases! and that is inclusive of both Air and Ground Ambulance all seeking exits from Bangkok.

Never have I've been more busier in the past 3.5 years I've worked here handling everything in the same time. But the weird part is every year end is always like this, foreigners traveling across the world and some weird bad luck has been bestowed upon them and then they died either being stabbed by robbers, a car flown straight right on their face, had a brawl in bar and being attacked again in the hospital, died of eating expired curry chicken... eh?

Anyhow, weird things does happen and one of the weirder one as well happened in our own Batu Caves last year end where a monkey bite off a chunk of meat out of a Swiss lady's shoulder and she was admitted in one of our local specialist center where they have to take bits of meat from her other part of her body to cover back the lost chunk. I did saw the surgery footage and its scary... but I cannot disclose the photo as its P&C. Anyhow, lets skip this boring work story and I bet everyone is busy with Christmas and all and my other half is returning her home country for Christmas as well. Missing her already... *sighs*....

The trip to Solo...

Was out of the country during the weekend back to Solo, Indonesia to visit my grandmother and also my Uncle Sioe with other cousins. In the same time for her to get re-entry permit as well. It was a short visit but was a good one... Uncle Sioe brought us to Tawangmangu and also to visit Candhi Ceto (a hindu temple). *Sighs* miss them families, places and foods!... I will be back..

A movie kind of love story.

It was around December 2007 when Joe first saw her picture, it was a few days after Christmas when one of his colleague from the other branch oversea sent his whole department an email with picture attachment in it of their Christmas celebration which they had in their office. While browsing the pictures one by one, Joe noticed a girl standing in between the photos which immediately makes him goes "Whoa... who's that chick?". The moment Joe landed his eyes on that girl, he kept wondering to himself who is that girl as it was the first time he felt that way ever since 5 years ago since his last break-up with his previous ex-girlfriend which has indirectly caused him the lack of trust and faith in relationships. The 5 years of single hood has made him a rather straight forward person and has a heart of stone that he does not fall for anyone easily. Joe has been on numerous dates and but they all never work out for him as he don't have the initiative to pursue for a steady relationship.

Back to the photos that he saw from his email, his heart of stone suddenly soften by the sweetness of the smile that the girl has given indirectly to him. From that moment on, Joe knew he had fallen for that girl in the photo. On the reality side, Joe knows its almost impossible as she is somewhere far apart and he doesn't even know who is that girl, what's her name and from which department she is from. Avoiding from disappointment, Joe decided to forget about his temporary fantasy thoughts and continue on with his life being a single guy who works on a long shifts.
Part of Joe's duty in the office is to correspond to all his other colleagues from other nations whenever they are having on going cases. Their communications methods which includes telephone calls, faxes, emails and also instant messengers to keep immediate track on case status. All this while at work, Joe never bothers to actually know who is on the other side of the line except their name to call on and nothing more than that. While drowning in his busy schedules he then completely forgets about that girl he saw in the photo last Christmas.

Until, one fine day during his night shift. It was rather a long night while handling a case with his colleague from this other side of the world, they were communicating via instant messenger and all the sudden Joe's eyes were lock on to something he thought he'd seen before but feeling unsure, he decided to get his work done first. As soon as he settled all that he need to get done, Joe waste no time and asked the colleague, "Hey, is that you in that avatar picture?", he asked. His colleague replied, "Yeah, that's me. Why?" A sudden ray of white light shinning down upon Joe from Heaven with a background music from Winter Sonata running through his ears.
Joe told himself, "I got to know her more!" and he waste no time asking if she have any Friendster or Facebook account. She told him, "I only have Friendster." and on that particular moment without wasting a second thought he added her into his Friendster account. The eagerness and curiosity within Joe is way beyond the deep space in a galaxy far far away from his cubicle work station that the moment she authorized him on her account, Joe browsed on her photo album and at that point Joe suddenly thank the Lord for the opportunity bestowed upon him.

That night he finally gets to know her more, she told him her name was Megan and her origins and her interest and most importantly if she is single. Joe was so excited about his new friend that he wants to know her more, they've exchanged numbers and personal instant messengers' IDs. It was a beautiful start for Joe, almost too good to be true. They were like the best of friends from that moment on that everyday he needs to talk to her and so is she. A day passing by without talking to her is incomplete for Joe. He knows he wanted more than friend from Megan but he don't know if she felt the same. Unwilling to felt disappointments again, Joe kept it to himself the feeling that he felt and kept telling himself that its not going to happen as she is living far across the world from where he is.

Joe was happy but was sad too in the same time, not knowing what to do he consulted his best of friends for their advises. His friends told him to go for it as he will never know until he tries. Because of those encouragement from his friends, Joe gathered all his mighty manly "balls of steel" to confess his feelings to Megan. Knowing so he still unable to gather his "balls of steel" to confess, he decided to send Megan a package with some cute stuffs and a love letter and was hoping it would reach to her within a week. More than a week passed but Megan hasn't received his package and he knows if she have received it, she would tell him about it. Feeling rather disappointed he consulted his friends again and they told him to just call her and confess. He "gulped" an empty mouth and consoling himself its okay if she rejects him but deep down he knows, if rejections it is and it would be the end of their friendship as well.

The next day, Joe went to work as usual thinking of ways on how to make his confession. To his surprise, Megan called him that afternoon telling him that the past weeks has been crazy for her and has caused her sleepless nights and losing appetite to eat. Joe accidentally laughed a tiny gassy laugh through the phone and Megan got upset and said "You laughing now? Hah! I can't believe this". Joe was shocked with her sudden reaction and told her he didn't mean it. She then told him that she wanted to end what they have because she don't want to get disappointed again. He then consoled her that he was feeling the way she felt about their current situation and because he was working at that moment, he told her that he will call her again later that night.

Feeling rather bad because of the little incident during the afternoon conversation, he seeks wisdom from his friends again. His friends once more said it's a sign she likes him. That moment convinced him, his "balls of steel" emerged out of nowhere and another ray of light shone upon him this time with some Tommy Page ballads on the background music was playing. He then messaged Megan on her cellphone. It sounded something like this, "The past weeks has been crazy to me, I've never felt anything like this for someone for so many years and I just wanted you to know that you're very special to me". Then Megan replied back, "Yeah, I know and I don't know what you have done to me".

Joe was excited to hear her reply and at that time he was home sitting in front of his computer browsing through her photos again. He just wants assurance that this is the girl he wants to be with despite all previous failures in his past relationships he insisted to himself that this is an act of God and that he will fight for it. His messenger suddenly shows a chat message from Megan, and then at that night he express his true feelings to her. Megan on the other end was touched but in the same time confused and unsure if this is what she wants because it will be even more difficult for her to know that Joe is not in the same country where she is now. Against all odds, Joe ensures Megan that he is not fooling around and made a promise that he will and only love her. In the effort to make the relationship workout, Joe even promises Megan that he will visit her soon.

Chatting via messenger is not enough for Joe nor Megan, Joe gained all his guts once more to call her directly there and then. Confessing all his feelings through the phone to give Megan the assurance of his feelings. Megan nodded on the other side of the phone and said "Yes, I wanna be with you". The moment Joe heard that, a blast of rainbow lights shone upon him with Micheal Bolton's ballad playing in the background. He knew that very instant, 5 years of single hood is finally over. Thanks to the girl on the other side of the world now he is a happier person. Everyday they continue their relationship like every couples do, talking and sharing their problems but still it was never enough because of the distance they can't be like normal couples. While they were already in the relationship, his package of confession finally reached her doorstep and that was 1 month late but Joe was happy that his duty stamp fee for the package was not wasted after all.

How Joe wished to hold her hands to walk in the park or the mall, resting her head on his shoulder when they watch movies. Kissing her forehead and lips to bid her goodnight. All that are so out of reach, often they had arguments as Megan sometimes felt insecure about their relationship because she could not see or feel him. But Joe never gives up, despite all their arguments he promises Megan he will not get mad at her no matter what cause deep down in his heart, he knows he cannot blame her for feeling that way. He prays to God everyday to give him the strength to continue this long distance relationship and hoping that Megan will have faith in him and their relationship.

Few months on the road, even after an argument that will cost their relationship because the lack of faith in each other. Joe told himself that he will bring this relationship to the next level. Megan once asked him, how can he prove his love to her and Joe said, "When the time is right, I will prove to you my love is true". Everyday Megan was hoping till that day arrives and Joe secretly plan a visit on her birthday. His plan was to surprise her initially but unfortunately the surprise plan has to be canceled because Megan had a plan to go back to her hometown during her birthday. He then told Megan that he will come on her birthday so that they can confess their feelings once more time and to confirm their feelings and to see if they have made the right choice.

Months later, the day finally arrived and Joe was as nervous as Megan because it would mark the first meeting between them. He worries that she will not like how he looked like, she worries as the same and not knowing if Joe can accept her family and everything else about her. She promised to pick him up at the airport upon his arrival. After a long hours of flight, Joe landed and she was late to pick him up somehow and he felt rather insecure for that moment and wondered if she pulls off in the last minute before meeting him. Moments later, his cellphone ranged and it was her and informing him that she is nearby. Joe smirked a little in sign of happiness and glad that he wasn't abandoned.

The moment of truth when she finally standing there at the arrival gate with a handkerchief covering her mouth. He walked to her and said, "Hey hon! I'm here". He then smiled and hugged her a little. Megan was still a little shy, they walked into the public transport where her elder sister and her brother in law was inside. The journey back to her home took them 5 public transports and close to 4 hours of journey, that 4 hours journey was the happiest journey Joe has ever had in his life. He chatted with all of them and wasted no time to hold her hands while walking in the station. The chemistry was so mutual, despite being the first time seeing each other both Joe and Megan felt a strong bond within them. During the entire journey, Joe talked a lot about things in his country and the natural comedian in him just keeps them laughing all the way.

Meeting the family for the first time was a scary thought for Joe, the moment he walked into the house he greeted everyone with his own way and for all you may know Joe just keep talking and cracking jokes along the way. Megan smiled from afar when Joe was chatting with her elder sisters and her other relatives. That night during dinner, Joe has became part of Megan's family and her family loves him as much as Megan loves him. The next day on her birthday, Joe sat beside of Megan while her family were having an afternoon nap. He asked her if she remembers that question she asked him on how to prove his love to her, she nodded. He took a tiny box from his pocket and asked her to open up both her hands. He hands her a small tiny box and she gasp in a teary eye.

Joe whispered, "This is the prove of my love to you". It was a couple's ring that he bought for both of them to represent their feelings. Joe then said again, "It's not an expensive diamond ring but its a symbol of our relationship so that when you look at it, you will see me". That particular moment gave her the sense of security that she was looking for all these while and she nodded speechless. He puts on the ring on her finger and kissed her lips that he had wished for so long. He then told her again, "I may not able to promise you heaven and earth nor diamonds or pearls but I can promise you an everlasting love".

The one week Joe stayed with Megan, their relationship has bonded so strong that on his final day before leaving back to his home country he couldn't hold his tears to know that he will be leaving her again. Deep down inside he knows that his trip was worth it because it has strengthen their love and trust. Leaving back on the jet plane was so hard for both of them but they know there will be a day that they will meet again. Until then, the both of them will have to be strong at heart to go through each passing days despite alone but not at heart. Weeks later, Megan informed Joe something serious came up with her work and she may have to leave the company but still undecided.

Feeling devastated with everything, Joe comforts her everyday through phone. He then told her to come to his place to start anew life with him. Joe made the initiative to make all contacts from his friends on the procedures and everything to make sure she will have a smooth journey in his home country. He even spoke to her family to get their blessings. To his surprise, her family was very supportive on his decision and he made them a promise that he will take good care of her when she is here with him. Even her dad gave him the blessings that he could not believe himself that his courage and that "balls of steel" of his has brought him to this stage. Joe is now waiting for her in open arms for that day to come where they will be reunite again and maybe this time for good, he prays.

Hello from the Tagalog land...

It's my 4th day here, things are looking great... my other half is the happiest person on earth right now same goes to me. Finally I've meet the parents and her other siblings. They are wonderful and lovely people... missing them already. We had a one day stay in her hometown in Bataan and the adventures we have was amazing during the trip from airport to her home as we had a Jimny (Jeep ride) then Tricycle (Motorbike with side seats attached) ride, then non-air conditioned bus and then air conditioned bus! I felt like I was part of the Amazing Race Asia Season 4 & 1/2... LoL~

Currently I'm in Makati's cybercafe, not too far from my hotel and from my other half's office. Waiting for her to finish work then we will hit off to the mall for some dinner and window shopping... I'll post pictures when I return home... until then, INGAT & SELAMAT! (in tagalog not in BM ok).

I signed up for PPP!

Hahaha... yeah! actually I've been signed up with PPP since almost like a years ago. I have made some paid post before and I would say they really PAYS! For once, it's really simple to sign up and get your blog registered and choose the opportunities and get PAID! Which means I can buy more toys and transformers! LoL!

Another thing about PPP is that you can actually check other people's blog and make friends from there on. Always check out the featured blogs in their main page and I found some of them pretty much interesting to read on. I've also made some close friends from my this program and currently still expending my networks.

This post is dedicated to a very good ol' friend of mine from my hometown. Mr. Jeff Phua. I've known him personally for more than 10 years and during those days we used to hang out a lot for "snooker-session" or "yum-char" and sometimes adventurous trips to mountain climbings, or going to seaside during CNY.

He's always known as the "lengchai" of the gang all these while and music is indeed one of his passion and he has been actively playing guitars and bass since school days and been playing in numerous night clubs during his college days. Its one of his dream to form a band and launch an album... today he has achieved his dream. Personally I would like to congratulate on your debut album launch recently entitled " A Long Journey Has Begun". Under the influence of chinese rock bands like Beyond and Grasshopper, their music has a hybrid touch of modern pop-rock a-la gothic style.

The strangest of feelings...

Wow, I've really lacked in my updates already... tick tock tick tock.. its already coming to mid of March. Being pretty insanely busy with our office after moved out from CP Tower to Jaya One. Case loads are like tripled the usual and at times I'll go mentally berserk.

Elections finally over, I did not participate because when I wanted to register they told me I was too late! Bugger! nonetheless what I wanted (the Rakyat too).. happened! Opposition has made the government trembled and this is the actual power from the people, you don't wanna mess with a the whole Rakyat.

In addition to that, something had happened lately... after almost more than 5 years of not having any relationship. I'd say God has definitely has a way to make things work and throughout all these 5 years I've meet new people around my life but none of them has made me felt the way I feel now, there is this one special girl that has finally captured my heart and for the first time in such a long period, that long lost feeling has returned... and it felt good. A malay saying "Kalau jodoh tak akan ke mana" (If its destined, it will not go anywhere).

True enough, she is pretty far across the sea for me to see her but I guess its a test of faith and trust on each other. I for one did not find her but she sort of found me and it has been really the strangest of feelings ever happened but I'm glad it did. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope that this time... it'll last.

Time sure ticks fast enough without knowing it actually... CNY 2008 has come to an end. This year for once after really really so long, I managed to get almost 2 weeks off (11 days to be exact) compared to last year which is only 4 days. So this year like balas dendam to last year la....

This year we had quite several activities as usual like years before...

5th Feb 2008 (2 days before CNY)
For the first time ever in my life, I drove back home instead of "riding" or "tumpang-ing" with maximum loads of CNY groceries and also my toys...muahahaha.... during night time, few of my friends of who have returned went for a snooker session til like 3am then continue yum char til 5am! until another friend who arrived from KL at that hour joined us as well.

6th Feb 2008 (Eve of CNY)
Our regular tradition, after reunion dinner the whole bunch went to a friend's house for a warming up session (beers and gambling: Session 1) where they had fireworks lighting up the skies at 12am sharp and the all of us tanpa malu-malu dan was-was go and ask this unlucky friend's mom our very first angpao! Then the judi and minum session continues where my blardy cousin bro vomitted in my blardy new car... (not exactly in the car, more like his head pops-out from the window and his vomit scattered around my car door and side window (*P*kimek!*).

7th Feb 2008 (CNY Day 1)
Woke up at 10am and wish my mom Gong Xi Fa Chai! and then go "ta-pao" "kon kari meen" and breakie. Then just lepak at home watching Wah ~~Chun~~ Lah Toi until after lunch, then went to serbu another friend's house for another gambling session (what else is there to do beside gambling on CNY?). By 7pm I berambus back home to get myself prepared for my "yearly school reunion dinner". Somehow this year the attendance getting lesser becos I don't why most of them migrate jauh jauh... like few in UK, some in US...got 1 in India then 1 in Jordan and many many in Singapore...

Some of this fellas I know them since Standard 1 ok! that was 20 years ago!... after the reunion dinner I belah to my 2nd gathering for gambling and drinking again...that is until like 5am again.

8th Feb 2008 (CNY Day 2)
Again woke up at 10am and rush for breakfast with Ah Fai and Ah Yen somewhere kat pekan Bidor la....balik rumah by 11am to get ready to serbu grandma's house kat seberang jalan jer... cos most of my cousins are already "opening table" there.

Lotsa gambling activities... nothing much except catching up with cousins and makan makan and gambling... during the night time, we had another round of reunion dinner of my "another school" friends (I got many friends from many other school ok! altho I study only in 1 primary and 1 high school).

After that they attack my house "pao" my mom's angpao pun takpe... play gambling and win my money in my own house somemore ... *p*kimek!*. See the skinny guy in specs in the middle with stripe shirt, he won a total of RM1.5k! there goes all our angpaos... *sighs*

9th Feb 2008 (CNY Day 3)
Pagi pagi go breakfast again with Ah Fai and Ah Yen kat Pasar Bidor... missed them noodles and the yong-tau-fus! After that was snooker marathon from 11am - 4pm... play until tangan all kebas ala-kabas... then go visit Ah Mi's house (she baru balik from UK) and did alot of catch up with her. Then malam time pegi lagi yum char and then suddenly 1 of them said "Jom, pegi bukit Tapah..." and we all agreed... so with Ah Fai bringing guitar (he is in a local band called Crossfire). So we jam lotsa old skool songs on the top of Bukit Tapah and it just brings back many good ol' memories during our school days...we continued jamming til 4am then all balik tidor...

10th Feb 2008 (CNY Day 4)
Because the weather was so hot, so few of decided that we need to cool off ourselves by doing the what we call "tiu sui" (lompat air) at Lubuk Degong Waterfall. It was really really refreshing and it has been some time since the same bunch of us went there... but somehow all of us kinda chickened out when coming to jump off from the bridge...(sudah tua konon).... but that was really a good moment.

11th - 13th Feb 2008 (CNY Day 5 - 7)
Did nothing much except eat and sleep and watching Wah ~~Chun~~ Lah Toi... cos all of them sudah balik KL or wherever they suppose to be working at...

14th Feb 2008 (CNY Day 8)
It's "Bai Tin Kung" day! which marks the 7th day of the CNY and for us (being Hokkien) is quite a celebration on that day cos we will have prayers and makan makan again. On the morning, went to "Tai Seong Lou Kwan" temple to do some prayers and ask for blessing with my mom. During the night time, we had our prayers again and we were putting up wishes on a "Kung Ming Teng" (Paper Lantern). Well...when you leave the wish writing to the young ones... you end up getting crappy wishes... but who cares.. a wish is a wish...

After that the next day I pon balik KL and started work on the Saturday itself... masuk kerja only the case load bertimbun-timbun nak mampus... tension balek... all holiday "feel" hilang serta merta... bengong betol... but on that night the bebudak TransMY.com ajak yum char at Uptown... so... kira CNY bersama kaki transformers la.... giler jugak, lepak until 3am and 3 meja pulak tu...with 20 attendance...perghhh.... yum char pon mau 20 org... giler apa....

Sekian sahajalah for CNY 2008... apa apa pun, its always felt good to meet up with good ol' friends who you grew up with all these years... I'll see you guys again on CNY 2009!

I've came across the news of most recent tragic bus accident that happened in Slim River along the North South Highway from Penang to KL. Tragically the incident claimed 3 very very young lives. This is not the first time such bus accidents happened in our country and while all these reckless bus drivers are still on the move, our everyday lives is under jeopardized with these drivers.

Let us do our part as bloggers, community and Malaysian to against this kinda incidents to happen again. There is a blog created lately Bus Crash No More and you can read most of the details there where they have this online petition to against reckless bus drivers! Lets do our part and keep the blogroll and petition rolling!

The MEDIVAC story.

Ever since my involvement with AA International over the past 3 years. I've coordinate about hundreds of medical evacuation plans from A to Z but all in all are solely operated in my office with my faithful operator phone and skype. On 28th December, 2007 I finally was given a shot to not only coordinate but to go and join the medical escort team to actually coordinate the whole medivac procedures directly on site.

For once, I've felt that this is what I wanna do...helping lives. What could be more satisfying to get paid monthly and at the same time, helping souls out there either dead or alive. This time around was a case I received from our client at France notifying 2 young couple had a severe MVA where the husband had a fracture right femur and the wife with a dislocated right shoulder. The plan is to charter an air ambulance from KL to Langkawi and fetch the patients who's at Langkawi General Hospital to be transferred to Pantai Bangsar Medical Centre for further treatment.

We took off on a D-7 Aircraft from Berjaya Air with Basket Stretcher fixed and granted for TARMAC entry for ground ambulance on both ends. I'll let the photos do the talking from here on...

The evacuation was a success without any problems and there is no better feeling than feeling accomplishing... upon settling everything I went back to office to finish up my reports and all and I headed home but to my surprise, I came across a horrible accident at the LDP highway heading Puchong, it was approx 12.30am that time.

2 cars, 1 Myvi landed sideways and a Kelisa turtle top condition and how they ended that way is still a mystery. I passed by them and parked by the side to give aid and this very young girl from the Kelisa was shouting and crying in pain. To my disbelief she has lost 2 fingers from her right hand. The view was truly gore and I tried to calm her down when a malay guy took some clothes and wrapped her very injured hand. The next thing I know a lot of people calling ambulance and police and I knew this girl is gonna be alright despite her dismembered 2 fingers which I think beyond repair. The other Myvi driver was also a young chinese girl but she is unhurt so I wasn't really bothered bout her.

I left the scene right after this few people came to her aid as I was very tired myself after a whole day on mission. I had my camera then but I decided not to take any pictures cos its not right at all to take pictures of people in agony. To the kelisa lady driver, I may not know who you are but I wish you get well soon. To everyone else who's reading this... please be very careful on the road. You don't wanna spend a new year sobbing.

The Dutchie Foods!

A friend of mine asked about the foods I had in when I was in Amsterdam but I didn't really took much of food picture because everytime I reminded myself to take photos of my meals, upon the arrival of then food to my table... I'm already busy eating thus there is not much pictures of my nice meals... LoL~ Nonetheless, I have some other food pictures I took along the way.

The Dutchmen loves breads and buns! *oi, I mean eatable buns...stop staring at hers...

Then of course McDonald's Big Tasty Pork Burger and the McKroket which actually replaces their McEgg and it's made of mash potatoes fried into a shape of a fillet... damn syok!

The very fresh red berries freshly plucked... and they taste GOOD!

This mobile stall is selling a kinda weird food which they claimed its the official Dutch Food!

Looks like hotdog stand right?.. Wrong!

Practically they say Dutch eat this stuff everyday! its a kind of sandwich where they actually use all these raw fish fillets and eat them between the breads...Yucks!

Well, you can see here already siap... like hotdog... except its RAW fish!... -_-

OKAY! lets move on to something more not raw... but still cold...

This is totally 2kg pure ice cream cake!

This M&M flavor looks tempting... but I decided something else..

As we proceeds, we found this hotdog stand somewhere in Amsterdam city... its infact one of the best hotdogs I ever had in my life... I've never tried real American ones.. but this will hold my best hotdog record for the moment...

Lately, Mr. Albert Tan the Regional Marketing Manager of Hasbro Malaysia gave me this 2 very exclusive TF Movie poster which was printed on a metallic thick foil paper. Only 25 each was printed in this whole wide world. Mr. Albert Tan represents Hasbro Malaysia to reward me this really cool poster as an honor for boosting their Transformers market in Malaysia on top of being the Co-Founder of TransMY.com alongside my brother CY.Wong.

Pwah, the poster is so cun that I have to custom made the glass frame (very expensive)... but its worth it! Well... pictures comingggg...

Bumblebees and me and others with madness!

Haven't been posting much on my Transformers haul lately... here's what I've bought over the past few months and latest addition is the Ultimate Bumblebee! Wohoooo! Don't jealous cos I got most of the main Bumblebee figures in town... currently expecting the Lawson's Gold Bumblebee exclusive and also the Battle Damaged Twinpack Bumblebees.

Well.. pikchers for your viewing pleasure...

Then we have something rather insane yesterday afternoon, a group of about 60 over collectors jam packed the whole Toy Workers at Subang. Some collectors came as early as 9.30am to get their hands on the Ultimate Bumblebee, unfortunately we are unable to cater everyone there and some of them went home empty handed. Approx 36 pieces of Ultimate Bumblebee sold out in matter less than 1 hour. See the picture for yourself...

I was informed by the people of United International Pictures (UIP Malaysia) that Transformers has finally beaten up the grossing for Spider-man 3 and still rising. They told me it's the biggest grossing ever in Malaysia's history. The movie is still currently on going and will be on going til end of August. Even Michael Bay thanked the Malaysian fans during his recent trip to Japan for the movie release there.

On the other note, alot of things are coming to visualized now... I mean in terms of my upcoming business, the project offerings, the partnership... it all seems to come closer and closer. Yet, being a planner myself and still I found myself caught up in very difficult position at times. Difficult as in to decide, too many good offers lately... that don't come easily. So I must choose wisely in which will determine my course in the coming future. Thinking back, it was rather funny... 7 years ago I came to KL with a vision to be some graphic/multimedia designer and look at me today. I am totally no where near there. The difference is too great and even made me ponder how the hell I end up where I am today... I seriously have no idea.

Life is rather funny sometimes, I may have told this to many close friends but I would to just tell them again here in blogland. When I was a very young boy, often I felt envious over my other cousins who happens to have quite well being family (as in rich). Every time on holidays they come and visit us, they have new toys and other cool stuff and I being at that age at that particular time, I totally understood my family condition where it's very difficult for us to spend such amount of money on just toys. I've told myself all I wanted is to buy toys on my own without using my parents money and I know this could only happen if I started working on my own.

So there you go, a simple yet foolish minded of a young boy who wants to own toys like owning a Toys R' Us. I kept that dream for so long until I started working part time and earning my own money. Then I bought them, one after another... fast forward today, I would say I've actually accomplished my foolish childhood dreams (some would say) and little did I know, this plastic material made into cool looking thing could actually be the turning point of my life. I often remembered how I was criticized being a childish person and all. Well, looks who's laughing now...

I still cannot beat eyeris who have watched 4 times, but 3 times and I still can't get enough of this movie.

I get non-stop goosebumps everytime I heard Prime speaks or when all the Autobots are together. It's so blardy awsome that it just blows your mind with such complex Transformation... every single details... are worth checking out!

Lastly, Peter Cullen is irreplaceable! He is the one and only Optimus Prime! So right after you finish watching the movie, you proly should get the toys cos I already got em and it's so F*ckin' AWSOME TOO!

Spider-Man 3! weee!!!

The spidey is back! my favorite all-time marvel comic character... and he is back in black! Just watched it last night, for 2.5 hours has passed by I was still hoping something towards the end... it seems that the movie decided to take a rest in this what they call the final contract between Sam Raimi and the rest of the Spider-Man cast.

As quoted by Wikipedia Although Tobey Maguire has not signed on for another sequel, the actor has denied reports that he will not return, stating, "I feel like the stories all deserve to be told, and, you know, if... the whole team wants to get back together, and we feel like we can make a good movie that's worth making, then I'm up for it."[19] Actress Kirsten Dunst has also expressed openness to return if director Sam Raimi and Maguire do.[20] Raimi told Premiere magazine that he "couldn't imagine" doing more sequels to the Spider-Man films without Tobey Maguire in the title role, but refused to completely rule out directing any future installments.

If you ask me, I give a full 5 stars outta 5! I like how the movie starts with the recaps of previous 2 movies, also how they introduced all the new villains and the surprise final battle! This movie is a much watch more than once that is!

Turtle power!

More than a year ago, infact it was my 2nd post in my early years of my blogging. I blogged about the turtles here and I've mentioned about the upcoming release of the new TMNT movie.

Fast forward yesterday, after waited for more than a year I finally get to watch back the turtles back in action. If you ask me, everytime a movie being brought back to life after so many years. Don't put too high expectations on it. Just watch and enjoy the show! I won't comment much but I'd say the turtles are all grown matured and fierce.

The plot took off from the 1992 TMNT 2 Movie, "Secret of the ooze" after the death of Shredder. It seems the story focus a lil bit too much on Leonardo and Rapheal. My fav is of course Donatello and Michaelanglo but not too much about them here. Master Splinter's voice isn't as wise as before but April and Casey Jones looks kinda cool but in a very skinny way. Few nice things about the movie is the fight scene between Leonardo and Rapheal, seriously I've never seen turtles with such angry face before. Anyway, if you do watch it just watch for the fun and the action. Afterall, it is the Ninja Turtles. Cowabunga dude!

Seems like all I need is the figures to satisfy myself as I did not complete my turtles back in the 90s...

P/s: Oh yeah, Karai of the Foot Clan did hinted in the end of the movie, Shredder might return in the next movie. How cool is that?

Qing Ming 2007

Last weekend finally after almost 2 years of working on weekends, finally got my weekend off to go back my beloved hometown in Bidor for the "Qing Ming" (prayers for the deceased family) celebration which I have missed almost 3 years now. I remember when I was a kid during "Qing Ming" mom will wake us all up very early to get ready as our uncle will fetch us to the cemetery for the prayers. Also, those days the amount of relatives coming back for this occasion are quite large but these days the amount are rather shrinking despite the fact the most of us has grown up and been busy with working life in the city.

Normally we will pray 3 graves which is normally the first one would be my "tai kong" (great grandfather) then my "tai ma" (great grandmother) and lastly my "ah kong" (grandfather). What I noticed these days, the trend of burning those paper-made items are getting extremely extreme, some family burnt some laptops, PDA, mobilephone and believe it or not the laptops has a label of "Pentium Inside" (sorry no pic cos i saw some family beside us burning it)...heh? whattheheck? gero~

Have you ever been so unlucky in a day that there was 2 complaint lodged against you and knowing the fact that is not your fault at all? Yeah! that happened to me yesterday, no thanks to 2 stupid motherf**king clients who have zero knowledge about insurance craps policies and also who doesn't know how to differentiate a difference between a call centre and a service centre.

The first complaint was from a 21 years old young brat who speaks like a drunkard 24/7 and with such arrogant tone. Blardy basket kid had an accident at Genting last week, and by all means I assisted his ass and advised him to lodge a police report but he refusing so by all means and that he wanted his car to be towed back to Ipoh. Fine! now he wants to sue us for not advising him to lodge the police report in the first place. What holy fucking crap shit is he talking bout? I have no fuckin idea but this fucktard seriously need some bitch slap over his fucking face. Now he can't make an insurance claim because he doesn't have a fuckin police report, that's just great and putting the blame on me... motherfuckingpieceofcrapshitasswipefreakingretardassholecanburnanddieinhellgoddamit!
take that you mofo...I wish you had another accident and die a horrible death that your family don't reconize you anymore....

The second shit was from a bitch who wanted us to tow her car back to her workshop, as claimed by her, her car battery was just replace last week. Fine, upon reaching her workshop her mechanic found out that her battery was being reversely fused (I'm not sure what's that suppose to mean) but apparently her warranty was void because of that and she needs to pay for a price of a new battery, well yeah of course she is not happy and accusing us for the problem. Now firstly bitch! the battery is not from us! and secondly you fucktard, a call centre is not a service centre and how the fuck you could expect us to know about technical faulty eh? Dumb ass! Yeah, again with the "I will sue you for this" trick, crap shit and this bitch was talking over the phone for nearly 20 minutes without a pause, I mean she beat the crap outta Eminem or even snoop dog for this man, non-stop hippiedie-hippidie ho hops megamix shyt. Well, know what bitch, I ain't give ya two fucks if ya wanna sue me! We work here by procedures...oh, and you know, you can never win insurance company over some shitty issues. Sucks to be you!!! wahahahaahhahahaahahaha~

Farewell my dear friend.

I just received a news that I will never liked to hear. About a lost, this is a lost of a good friend of mine, more like one of the best of buddies.

Despite the fact that the both of us from different races, we never cared about that. During those 4 years in TGV with you until the day you plan to marry Afzan, you even asked me to picked a wedding date for you and I've picked somewhere September 2006, eventually I couldn't make it to your wedding and I'm really sorry for not making it.

Those 4 years we been through working in TGV was one of the best part of my life, those time that we both will covered each other's back. I missed those dinner time at Kg. Medan during puasa month. I still remember how we used to check out chicks from our floor area while people are waiting for their turn to walk into cinema halls. I remember how we used to sleep at cinema halls during midnight shows. The late night snooker sessions and you still haven't defeated me. The movie sessions after working hours. The nasi kandar sunway we used to tapao. The Peterpan songs that we use to bluetooth each other. The locker that we shared...I believe your blazer is still inside there.

Your lost is my 2nd biggest lost among my friends that I've had. Please forgive me for if there's any mistakes I've done to you. I will always have you in my mind for as long as I live.

Yeap, after just 3 days of CNY and I'm back to work on the 4th night on CNY. Car cases kept coming like nobody's business. I'm exhausted as I've been having about 3 hours sleep since 17th Feb. Need a long rest soon...anyway pictures will be coming up soon...and it's still not too late to wish everyone "Gong Xi Fa Cai!".

In about 4 days more, we will be celebrating CNY! and the best part about it, I don't feel a thing, nothing!. There's no excitement when talking about CNY, I don't know why...perhaps I'm getting too old for this or maybe CNY these days are just too commercial and not traditional anymore. Well, maybe its because I just have 3 days off, I don't know...

I really missed those days when were kids when we could feel the CNY heat one month before, ya' know, mom bringing you to supermarket to buy new clothes and groceries...making cookies and stuffs...the feel is just not there anymore nowadays...faded...well, anyway I'm looking forward to go back hometown soon and I miss my home so much.
